Current incoming 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th Graders can begin registering for 2023-2024 Athletics.  In order to participate in Fall Athletics, athletes will need to meet the following criteria:

3. Current OHSAA Physical on File with the Athletic Office (Paper copies can be submitted to the Athletic Office or Mrs. Krempa in the main office). DIGITAL COPIES CAN BE SUBMITTED TO FINAL FORMS- BUT IT MUST BE A PDF FORMAT (not jpeg, png, etc). This must be submitted prior to the first day of official practice/ tryout for your activity  https://ohsaaweb.blob.core.windows.net/files/Sports-Medicine/2023-24PPE
4. Meet OHSAA and PCSD Eligibility Standards: Rising 9th Graders (1.0 GPA), Rising 10th Graders (1.25 GPA), Rising 11th and 12th Graders (1.5 GPA) based on 4th Marking Period Grades.  Also athletes will need to be enrolled in 5 credits during the 1st quarter to maintain eligibility leading into the 2nd marking period.
