CROSS COUNTRY SEASON PREVIEW

The Normandy Cross Country team is Young . But we have very good seniors on this team to lead our mostly Sophomore and freshman team. The boys are led  By Sophomore Landon Hardy as well as Senior captains Noah Demarest, Nick Keyser and Wes Hollis. On the ladies side we are led by freshman Emily Bassett and Sophomore Amelia Bakalarczyk. Senior captains Jojo Kimak and Milissa Malnar are back from last season.  We are looking for a very successful season!     >

Boys Soccer Season Preview

Boys soccer 24-25 SeasonLots of young players led by our four captains Neno, Marco, Yurii, and Evan. We are focused and committed to rebuilding this program as a group. Our captains have set a great example for the young players and they are coming along faster than expected. Our junior goalkeeper Stephan and his brother senior striker Neno are two to watch through out the season.   >

The Normandy Invaders Varsity Volleyball team comes into the 2024 season facing thechallenge of replacing 9 seniors who graduated from last year’s GLC Eastern ConferenceChampionship team.Returning starters who are being counted on to lead the team this year are Senior LiberoHannah Moseley, Senior Middle/Right Side Hitter Mikaela Young, Junior Middle Hitter ArianaValentin Rivera, and Junior Outside Hitter Anais Valentin Rivera. Setting for the Invaders thisseason are Heidi Yanagisawa, Megan Chura, and Adriana Shelley. Others expected to play keyroles are front row attackers Alya Ibrahim, Lindsay Meriwether, Morgan Seeley, Karolina Kciuk,Jess Chuba, and defensive specialists Olivia Gentile, Grace Kazimore, and Sophia Feliciano.The varsity is coached by Carolyn Holt Balis, who last season notched her 400 th career victorywhile leading the team to its 5 conference championship in her tenure here at Normandy. Tennis Season Preview

The Normandy Invaders girls tennis team is led by head coach Joe Schmook and assistant coaches Bria Wright and Anthony Schmook. The team has a healthy mix of returning players and players who are new to the sport. Seniors on the team include Courtney Czajkowski, Carleigh Harris, Alexis Incorvaia, Ariel May, Bella Scaggs, Riley Sebera, Diana Shakura, Tamrah Szucs, Alexis Tsonton, and Zoe Urbas. Juniors are Angelina Ferraro, Ashleigh Hahne, Catie Kalemba, and Abigail Mshabbek.  The girls have been working hard every day in practice to get better and have been competing hard against other schools. We play a very strong schedule, and we look forward to the challenge.  >
